The Lakeside Institutional Review Board reviews all research involving human subjects conducted by Lakeside personnel. We protect the rights and welfare of human subjects who are recruited to participate in research activities conducted by 春风视频Chicago personnel and help personnel stay in compliance with the federal regulations on ethical research.

Finding the right LUC IRB
春风视频of Chicago has two IRBs. This site is for the Lakeside IRB, go for the Health Sciences IRB.

Consent Form Approval Procedure
Our procedure for approving consent forms will be changing starting 12/06/2022. Going forward, consent forms will no longer be stamped. Instead, researchers must include the date of the latest revision in the submitted consent form. See our updated templates for formatting guidance and our page on the consent process for more information.
